Participant

Understand the mission, standards, current reality, and how you want to participate. Start with orientation, consent, and a clear next step.

Builder

Demonstrate useful contribution, reliability, learning, or operational support. Capacity can be effort, skill, tools, property, capital, knowledge, relationships, or another real resource.

Steward / Operator

Accept responsibility for shared resources, schedules, safety, people, systems, or operating outcomes. Greater trust follows demonstrated stewardship.

Pledged Governance

The deepest commitment lane. Formal governance or ownership rights are established through the appropriate legal documents and demonstrated responsibility.

Support strengthens participation from beside the ladder.

Someone arriving for housing stability, recovery, or relief from severe stress can grow into a builder, operator, mentor, employer, or governance participant. A stable member can contribute without using residential resources. Funders, vendors, employers, professionals, property owners, and volunteers can support the mission through clearly defined outside partnerships.
